The Site Director is the individual responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient operation of the site, and is the first of the main management ranks. There can only be one Site Director per server.
To become the Site Director, you need to have bought the gamepass, and then walk into the Site Director's office on any Foundation team while there is not currently a Site Director in-game.
