Detain was replaced with arrest due to detain being abused so much. Arrest was the replacement, although the current arrest has nothing in common with detain besides the "You are being detained" text (or whatever it reads). However, a new, actual detain could be coming soon with a logic system to prevent abuse, according to the teasers from the Area 47 Discord.
